Not Interested, but still need an attorney?
Many attorneys will not put you on a payment plan. They demand the full retainer up front. At The
Bryant Firm, we are more than happy to consider putting you on a payment plan if necessary. We
only ask that if you pay twice per month you pay a $50.00 payment plan fee, if you pay bi-weekly
you pay a $55.00 payment plan fee, and if you pay monthly you pay a $100.00 payment plan fee.
This is a one time charge.
As an alternative, you can be charged only $5.00 per month and interest on the amount owed if
you are able to meet a down-payment requirement of 20% of the total possible fee. The current
interest rate is 6%. For either method, a signed engagement agreement and promissory note is
required.

settlement. Research shows that people are more likely to be satisfied with the outcome of their
legal case if they are able to resolve the matter themselves as opposed to asking a judge to
decide for them. And settling your case can save you money on attorney's fees!
There is also a mechanism in the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure called "In forma pauperis."
If a judge grants in forma pauperis treatment, then your filing fees are waived. At The Bryant Firm,
we screen every new client to determine whether they may qualify for in forma pauperis treatment.
