QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a high school diploma with excellent
customer service abilities and computer skills. The ideal candidate will
possess or be actively working towards an Associates Degree in
accounting, paralegal studies, business, or other related field. Experience
is also a plus.
DUTIES: The Office Manager is responsible for all aspects of office
operations, including but not limited to: accounts receivable, accounts
payable, payroll, advertising, reception, billing, copying, filing, answering
phones, coordinating schedules, drafting letters and legal documents,
completing discovery, and other duties as assigned.
SCHEDULE: Varies.
PAY: According to education and experience.
